Simone Basini was born and lives in Italy. Simone is a self-taught artist, with a great passion for nature, animals and details.
Over the years, his spiritual and empathic growth has led him to study and try to understand the animal world more and more and thus to embrace an eco-sustainable lifestyle with respect of animals, also adopting a vegan diet.
With his hyper-realistic paintings Simone wants to bring to canvas the beauty, complexity and majesty of the animal kingdom, from the smallest insects to the large African mammals.
